Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (ED-XRF), as a most common atomic material analysis apparatus, can use X-ray beam to irradiate the target materials and produce secondary X-ray fluorescence without damaging the tested material [9], and then proceed qualitative and quantitative material analysis on the measured spectroscopy.

In order to determine the minimum thickness of cutting under different cutting condition
of aluminum alloy materials 2A12 of micro-milling, research the size effect caused by the cutting
edge radius and few microns per tooth in micro-milling process.
Therefore, to develop the cost-effective micro machining technology, which enables the fabrication of 3D shape that characterized in different materials and the micrometer or millimeter profile size, is quite important.
