Currently there is no material about modification coefficient to determine it.
Therefore, in order to get reasonable modification coefficient, working conditions, materials and heat treatment, etc should be considered in the allowable range, and all kinds of quality indexes curves of gear transmission need to be drawn in the closed graph.

As the motion control and material removal
process is different from metal cutting NC machine tool, the NC programming for bonnet tool
polishing NC machine tools cannot be carried out with commercial CAM software.
For the aspherical lens fabricated by such brittle material as glass, the surface has to be polished into a smoother surface of less than 20nm Rmax in surface roughness in order to reduce absorption and scattering on the glass surface [1].Bonnet tool polishing, developed by Zeeko LTD in collaboration with the Optical Science Laboratory at University College London in 1990s, is a novel aspheric surface polishing method with an inflated rubber spherical membrane as polishing tool.
At the same time, precession process of polishing tool is adopted to remove the local material on the workpiece surface.
