With a rise of the peoples’ material cultural life, an environmental awareness of Chinese public including leaders at all levels have raised universally.
The follow-up actions should be as following: a) The feasible measures of technological and management should be proposed which are based on current situation of enterprise and its actual capabilities, and aiming at the targets of energy saving and emission reduction written in the VEAs; b) It is essential to compile technological manual and training materials for Jingzhou enterprises of textile printing and dyeing to carry out VEAs; c) Those enterprises that have made remarkable achievements in energy-saving and emission reduction due to adopt VEAs’ mode, will get strong supports from Jingzhou societies of environmental science and textile engineering, the two societies will assist relevant enterprises positively to strive for governmental support of special fund.
