The higher hardness of the Er containing alloy make it possilbe to apply the alloy under a complicated enviorment where the mechanical property is requred.
Among themAl-Zn-In series alloys are the most widely used sacrificial anode materialsbecause of much better electrochemical properties than other alloys.
The electrochemical and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-In anodes need to be further improvedwith economic development.
The operating potential and currentefficiency of aluminum-based sacrificial-anodes are affected by metallurgical factors such as the amount and distribution of alloying elements[3].
The mechanical property of Al-5Zn-0.03In-7Er is best among these four anodes.A good mechanical performance of sacrificial anode is alsoneeded for manufacturing and mounting[11].

Feed system and technology parameters are one of the important factors directly affecting the product quality of FDM technology in particular and material extruding technology in general, especially when using soft, flexible materials such as TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes) and PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol).
Many researchers have pointed out that the technological parameters can affect the size accuracy of FDM products.
The results show that layer thickness is the most important factor for width and thickness deviations.

It has gained substantial interest in part because of its good mechanical and thermal properties, high exciton binding energy (~60 meV), low phonon energy (<437 cm-1), high density (~5.61 g/cm3), excellent characteristics in optical, piezoelectric, gas sensitive, pressure sensitive, etc. [1-5].
The optical and structural properties of the films were characterized and investigated.
Film density were influenced by many factors such as substrates type, substrates temperature, incident particles energy and sputtering cavity pressure, ect.[10].
ZnO stoichiometric ratio direct affect the ultraviolet emission property [15].
Properties of the deposited thin films were studied by the prism coupling method, XRD and RBS technique.

The differential expansion between the turbine rotor and the cylinder is related to the rate of temperature rise, the unit structure, materials, physical parameters, parameters of steam and steam on the rotor and the cylinder surface coefficient of heat transfer and many other factors.
Reliability model If the strength of product or components X is less than the stress Y, then they can not complete the required functions, make products or components within a specified period of time to work reliably, must meet the X ≥ Y, that is (15) In mechanical design, strength X and stress Y and are often a function of some random variable, so often expressed (16) (17) where Xi is the random variable affecting strength, such as materials properties, surface quality, size effect, etc.
Yi is the random variable affecting stress, such as load case, stress concentration, temperature, lubrication, etc.
Conclusions The article first introduces the basic concepts of differential expansion turbine and the important impact factors of differential expansion size, and introduces the saddle point approximation theory.

Introduction One of the most major factors in the microstructural control of structural metallic materials is grain refinement [1].
Fig. 4 illustrates microstructures of the specimens cold-rolled to various reductions and annealed at 500°C for 30 min where significant changes in mechanical properties are observed.
It is anticipated that the carbides play an important role in the microstructural change in annealing and in turn they extremely affect the mechanical properties.
On the other hand, the 25% and 50% cold-rolling illustrated low mechanical properties due to the rolling reduction were small and not enough to obtain UFG like 75% cold rolling.

This cermets type of WC-Co composite material is also called hard metal and display relatively superior properties related to the mechanical strength, wear resistance, impact energy, hardness and fracture toughness.
However, the high cast associated with geopolitical conflicts and environmental issues in its mining are factors that increasingly limit the use of this metal [3 - 5].
As can be seen in Table 3, the increased pressure promoted a slight improvement in the properties of composites.

These results in a significant decrease in material properties.
Its matrix strength and pore morphology are the main factors affecting the strength of the material.
Thus the stress concentration will be smaller, and the materials will present greater mechanical properties.
All these prove that excessive addition of sodium silicate will deposit into the pores, affect the structure of the pores and cause a large number of perforation phenomenon, thus seriously reducing the mechanical properties of the material. 4.
In these crystalline phases, the short-rod like 5·1·8 phases as the strength phase has the strongest mechanical properties.
