The devices with the silicon IGBTs are commercially available (SKiiP 13AC12T4V1), and the SiC MOSFET modules are engineering samples, but were manufactured with the same packaging technology.
Hence, the difference in H3TRB cannot necessarily be attributed to the semiconductor properties but is likely a result of the advanced JT design of state-of-the-art power electronic devices.

Two Development Situation of China's scenic wisdom With the proposed concept of wisdom scenic, scenic national administrations have invested a lot of wisdom to the scenic construction[2]. 2010 Jiuzhaigou scenic spot management department "Jiuzhaigou wisdom" of the building, became the first "smart scenic", is also the first to FEID (radio frequency identification) technology for the management of scenic spots, and with twice held before and after the 2011 Wisdom scenic forum; November 2012, the National Tourism Administration of Sichuan Dujiangyan scenic spot held a national intelligence building spot, announced a national scenic area 22 as "National intelligence tourist attractions pilot unit."
With the continuous development of information technology, its technical content and complexity are increasing, which requires the use of more advanced technology to handle complex data analysis, aggregation and calculations to integrate and analyze large amounts of cross-regional, cross-industries and functions of data and information, and apply the wisdom of scenic specific knowledge in order to better support decision-making and references.
Third, the country should be in the framework of the smart city, smart tourism construction, according to the economic level and the status of the country's tourism industry, conduct intelligence scenic sustainable construction, to avoid blindly follow the trend, to avoid short-term effects and performance engineering.

Synthesis of zeolite A for example is obtained from hydrothermal treatment of kaolinite (metakaolinite) in a caustic solution at 100 oC reaction [3]: Al2O3.2SiO2.2H2O + 2NaOH ® Na2O.Al2O3.2SiO2 + 3H2O (2) On the other side, over the last 30 years geopolymers emerged as new type of inorganic polymer material that could be applied as a strong binder (cement) for concrete, green and fire resistant plastics, low temperature ceramics, advanced composites, and many mineral-based products, including synthetic zeolites.
