A gas treatment system that consisted of an electric gas cooler, diaphragm pump, 4-μm ceramic filter, rotameter and gas flow control valve was installed to cool and clean the sample gas.
Because the gas was cooled below 5°C and cleaned using a 4-µm ceramic filter, the gas delivered to the gas analyzer was a dry gas.
