Introduction
The interest of the optimization of cutting conditions lies in the improvement of certain machining parameters, said optimization criteria (production time, productivity, surface state, etc..), Taking into account the limitations of performance of the machine, the cutting tool and the machined material.

By the theory of semiconductor physics, the band gap of most semiconductor materials will decrease with rising temperature.
Temperature changed in 250 K to 350 K process, the band gap materials of GaAs without AlN film decreased from 1.4246 eV to 1.3844 eV, decrease of 0.0402 eV, although this value was very small, then it was converted to a light wavelength, in fact the wavelength changed from 870.42 nm to 895.68 nm, wavelength was" redshift" of 25.2 nm, the average mobile speed was 2.52 nm / K.

Abstract: In order to essentially improve interfacial transition zone between cement paste and
aggregate, the concept and ideal model of function aggregate are developed.
Based on optimization of raw materials and processing techniques, high strength aggregate with low absorption and minor C2S and C4AF phase in coating layer is acquired.
Materials and experimental program 2.1 Materials. The matrix of FA pellets were sintered from a combination of fly ash, expanded shale, Kaolin and quartz powder.
The chemical properties of the raw materials were indicated in Table 1.
