Keywords: Dynamic recrystallization, microphysical models, recrystallized grain size, NaCl.
Existing recrystallized grain size data for a variety of metals, alloys, ceramics and rock materials have been reviewed in detail in [1].
A compilation of recrystallized grain size data on the rock materials olivine (Mg,Fe)2[SiO4] and calcite CaCO3 also revealed a close correspondence of the data with the GSSGSI domain boundary [1].
Experiments used are from two different studies performed on the same material (see [6,7]).

The material type, shape and size parameters of cores were determined and thickness and hardness of the ceramic coating were measured.
Experimental materials and procedures The rectangular steel tube made of Q235 with outer dimension 60×60×4 mm was used in the experiments.
The core shapes and material types should been rectangular or the round steel and their size parameters can be calculated by the general formula.

Abstract.
Error analysis shows that the vibrating membrane is the main source of the sound pressure error, which can be eliminated to a certain extent by a vibrating membrane materials selection.
Error analysis of sound pressure measuring is present in part 3, in which proper material selection and optical path design can be taken as an effective way for the error reduction.
The work was supported by International Science & Technology Cooperation Program of China under Grant No. 2014DFR60490.
