Due to the impact of global climate change on land use, water resources and environment in Taiwan, the utmost essential move to do now is to refer to the experience and practices of advanced countries that help guiding the development of land and water resources conservation orderly.
This can then further deepen the symbiotic relationship with water of spatial planning by adopting an eco-engineering method and seeking a solution to water utilization.
We need to develop an effective urban flood reduction strategy in conjunction with an eco-engineering method to slow down the extent of flood-sensitive areas and flood incidents.
Firstly, we should use an eco-engineering approach to reconstruct a near natural eco-environment to preserve biodiversity, and construct a Geographical Information System Database to help manage and monitor the national conservation areas and water resources.

Experimental testing of the hot-water boiler MA23 was carried out using advanced instrumental equipment at the Technical Testing Institute in Piešťany.
Thus, it maintains the combustion and the exhaust parameters in relative equilibrium according to values calculated and programmed in advance.
