In this research, adding graphite powder to dielectric is proposed to improve EDM performance factors.
The powder material properties directly impact EDM performance and workpiece mechanical properties.
Two main factors of EDM, namely MRR and Ra were investigated.
The machined surface properties were evaluated by measuring Ra using a surface roughness profilometer and micro-hardness using a micro-hardness tester.
Results and Discussion First, the process performance was investigated in terms of MRR and surface roughness, which are two of the main performance factors of EDM.

Review of the Influence of Poisson's Ratio on The Solid Propellant’s Structure and Properties ZHANG Xiao*, ZHENG Jian, PENG Wei, GU Zhixu Mechanical Engineering College, Shijiazhuang 050003, Hebei, China *email: erebuss@outlook.com Keywords: SRM; structural integrity; Poisson’s ratio Abstract: In this paper, the influence of Poisson's ratio on the solid propellant’s structure and properties was summarized.
The Poisson's ratio of the relationship between structure and property of complete, using authentic data, and function in accordance with the Poisson's ratio and temperature, time, using true Poisson ratio variation, conducts the research to the corresponding changes in properties, improve the practical value of the research, and make a comprehensive analysis of multiple factors. 2.
Fig.2 Von-Mises strain of SRM with different storage time [9] Chang Wujun, et al. [10] used experimental methods of CRE and CCD microscopic analysis to study the evolution process of dehumidification damage under different tensile rate for the dehumidification question of influencing composite Q propellant’s mechanical properties under the loading effect.
They established a viscoelastic constitutive model and analyzed the internal microscopic reason of occurrence and development of macroscopic mechanical properties according to the theory of microscopic mechanics and interfacial mechanics.
However, the simulation results are affected by model, parameter setting and so forth, the credibility of the results are greatly questioned and different calculated results often differ great, therefore, it is unconvincing.

The aging of adhesive The aging property of adhesives directly affects the anti-aging capability of sheet.
Resilience has a greater effect on elastic modulus, static bending strength and shear because these properties are greatly affected by the mechanical contact between the wood residues, whereas it has a smaller effect on the internal bond strength, especially on that of the phenolic-formaldehyde wood residues composite.
Main aging factors to wood residues composite(1) Temperature.
It has little impacts on strength properties.
Thus,we will fully consider the factors of aging properties in wood residues composite processing such as temperature, humidity, specimen size and so on.So we can increase its value and anti-aging properties.

The Effect of Annealing on Mechanical Properties, the Number of Fluidity, and the Size of Coherent Scattering Regions in AMg1, AMg5, and AMg6 Alloys N.
Their ability to sheet stamping is assessed both by mechanical and technological properties [1-5].
Examples of such indicators may be the Martens index or the stamping ratio, which are a combination of standard mechanical properties: tensile strength, yield strength, elongation.
To assess the mechanical properties, standard uniaxial tensile tests were carried out with determination of the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation.
Results and Discussion The change in the mechanical properties of the samples after annealing is shown in Fig.1.

Traditional gas nitriding of titanium alloys is carried out at temperatures above 800-900 °C and requires long-term exposures, which leads to a decrease in the mechanical properties of the material base due to structural and phase transformations [4].
It is known from a number of works [9-11] that one of the most important parameters affecting the properties of nitrided titanium alloys is a process temperature.
Thus, one of the most important parameters that control the properties of nitrided parts is their temperature during processing.
To determine the influence of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ion nitriding temperature on the mechanical properties, residual stresses in the surface layer were investigated.

The influence factors of reinforcement effect including speed of water level plummeting, the ratio between water depth and slope height, the location of pile is discussed.
But existing researches put more emphasis on the slope stability affected by water fluctuation.
The researches about of stability of reinforced slope affected by water fluctuation are rarely reported.
Slope safety factor affected by different reservoir level decline can be known comparing with slope safety factor when the value of the D is different.

This paper follows a previous work focused on fracture properties [4].
The results revealed that even a small amount of fibers improved mechanical properties and changed the post-peak brittle response.

Results showed that quadrature error is the primary factor of affecting gyro’s performance; the error caused by mass center deviation of vibration beam change with angular acceleration, which can be ignored under the condition that small angular acceleration.
Moreover, the main factors influencing the performance of gyros have been discussed, which provides the theoretical guide to improve the performance of vibration beam gyroscope.

Introduction Renovation of the operational properties of resource-worn parts of the car is the main parameter of restoration.
The purpose of this article is to study the problems of resource-worn parts of the gas distribution mechanism of automotive equipment under the influence of factors from a scientific, technical and economic point of view, which make it possible to determine the efficiency and durability of engine parts based on a renovation approach.
Surfacing changes the structure of the metal, which may have a negative impact on its physicomechanical properties.
Improving the operational properties of the car by renovating resource-worn parts is an important task both from a scientific and technical point of view and from an economic point of view.
