These ultrathin structures exhibit a wide range of mysterious and surprising phenomena which do not exist in bulk materials.
This method is specially designed for the growth of thin film of magnetic materials with high sputtering rate at low temperatures.
Advantages of OTS method are able to sputter almost of all types of materials, including ferromagnetic material.
Result and Discussion This section shows the experiment results in development of GMR materials by the OTMS method.

The hardness profile of ER5356 and ER4043 welded materials exhibited the similar hardness pattern profile.
No significant effect was observed on the hardness profile for both filler metals of welded materials.
Materials and method The 6 mm plates of AA6061 aluminium alloy were cut into the required sizes (300 mm x 150 mm) by power band saw.

Introduction Marine cylinder liner materials are investigated in terms of microstructure, surface topography, lubricity etc. to perform minimum friction and wear to meet increasing demands on reducing pollution and fuel costs [1-5].
In this report, effects of frequency and stroke on friction and wear of marine cylinder liner materials with different surface finish were studied by measuring separation voltage and frictional waves in boundary and mixed lubrication.
Results and discussion Frictional Characteristics of Cylinder Liner Materials in Boundary Lubrication.
