Therefore, warpage control in the reflow process is particularly important. [2] At present, warpage improvement focus on three aspects: structure optimization, material selection and process optimization.
The experimental method requires a large number of samples and materials and its costs high.[3] In this paper, we combine the Taguchi Design method and software simulation, analysis and optimize the warpage in package stack (Package on Package, PoP).

Based on the large amount of relevant materials, in this paper we choose the Pro/E to set up the three-dimensional parameter model of the impeller, and the stress of the individual blade for the impeller has been carried using the ANSYS, the stress distribution and concentration of single blade in the impeller are analyzed under the different pressure field of the blade structure surface, and the fatigue failure of blade is also studied.
Table.1 The material characteristic parameters of blade structure Density (g/cm3) Elastic modulus (GPa) Poisson ratio Yield strength (MPa) Ultimate strength (MPa) 8.8 110 0.33 96 195 Fig.1 the structure of blade and finite element analysis model Through calculating we get the analysis results under the two different load as shown in Fig.3, Fig.4, and Fig.6, which show that the maximum displacement of the blade for the centrifugal pump is in the root under the uniform pressure, and the displacement of blade tail is very small, the maximum stress is in the blade roots with the upper and lower constraint department.
The calculated results show that the fatigue strength of the blade is not only with the material performance, but also with the cross-section shape, size and surface conditions etc. in the external force, the stress area of blade increases rapidly, it’s easy to lead to the stress concentration, which has a great impact on the fatigue strength, so the fatigue limit of the blade with the stress concentration is decreased more obviously than the fatigue limit of the smooth blade.
