Introduction Biodeterioration is an important factor impairing aesthetic, functional and other properties of leather and other organic materials and the products made from them.
The natural materials, also leather, can act as carriers for microbial growth.

Thus in recent years, wear resistant material which hard phase is mainly boride is getting more and more attention by materials experts home and abroad.
Experimental method The novel low-carbon high-manganese alloy containing boron is melted in the ZG-0.025 vacuum induction furnace, with charge materials of pure iron, graphite, pure silicon, pure manganese, pure chromium, pure titanium, Fe-B, N-Cr-Fe maser alloys and RE.

The coating materials was CaHPO4·2H2O- CaCO3 mixture with-400 mesh and Ti powder with 20~40μm.
Since there is a great difference of line expansion coefficient between coating materials (CaHPO4·2H2O+CaCO3) and substrate, there exists larger thermal stress between substrate and coating in the process of solidification after laser cladding, method of gradient design was adopted.

Owing to the properties of materials, the acceleration of stackers can not be improved too much by just considering friction factors.
