Conclusion
To solve the problem of large data processing during the process of defect detection, aiming at the characteristics of defect signals of measured materials, we developed an FPGA-based real-time data processing technology that is suitable for surface defect detection of materials. dedicated hardware FPGA is used in the lower layer to preprocess the image; dynamic threshold is used to determine the scope of defects and to extract defect data and package; under the premise of reserving complete brightness of the defects, the uploaded data is compressed to the maximum to reduce data processing pressure of the upper computer data so that the testing speed and accuracy of the whole device are enhanced.

Abstract.
VPSC was developed for application to low-symmetry materials (hexagonal, trigonal, orthorhombic), although it can also be used for more symmetric materials, i.e. cubic materials as in the present work.

The different structures and materials make different anti-deformation capability of subgrades. It is unscientific to consider the highway destroy situation according to the standard of brick-concrete buildings because subgrade materials of highway are mostly soil or gravel and other loose materials.
The difference of structures and materials determines there is no recognized criterion to judge the subgrade of highway is safe or not.
The subgrade materials are mostly local materials as gravel soil, sandy soil, detritus and so on.

The breakdown of both metallic and non-metallic materials because of electrochemical contact with their operational surroundings is known as corrosion [5].
Aluminium-based materials exhibit commendable endurance against corrosion in natural atmospheres and various settings.
On this last phase, the parent sample had the highest corrosion rates, while the reinforced materials where better as shown in Fig. 5.
