In the later research work, the method provided can be applied simulation process by changing the process parameters for numerical simulation, so as to enhance the efficiency of double-metal composite seamless trial, avoiding the waste of materials and time.
The materials was made of external tube carbon steel Q235, which the Elastic modulus was 210GPa, Poisson's ratio was 0.3 and internal tube SUS316 stainless steel, which the Elastic modulus was 196GPa, Poisson's ratio was 0.3.
The material model was obtained by using the experimental material's true stress-strain curve.

The test results show that the failure modes of the
multi-tooth mandrel are mainly wear and fracture in terms of mandrel materials.
So, it is firstly chosen as material of the mandrel.
(3) Mandrel failure forms depend on the mandrel materials, as well as working positions

Abstract.
Introduction Biomorphic template is a new concept for fabricating ceramic materials with novel hierarchical and complex microstructures using natural biological materials as templates, such as wood [1], rattan [2], rice husk [3] et al.
TGA methods (thermogravimetry, differential thermogravimetry) are widely used in the process of studying the oxidation mechanism of carbon materials [12, 13].
Experimental Experimental materials.
Journal of Hunan University(Natural Science), 2006,33(1): 86-90 [12] P.Z.

To date, composite materials are widely used in mechanical, aerospace, automotive and other engineering fields.
It is made up of two or more constituent materials, whose mechanical performance and properties are designed to be superior from the material as an individual component [1].
