Introduction Left-hand materials (LHM) or negative refractive medium is a new type of artificial electromagnetic materials developed in recent years [1].
Because of the different dielectric constants and the permeability of left-hand materials(LHM) are related to the parameters of S11 and S21.

Conventional metal material has smaller damping and less energy consumption, therefore constructional elements which are made of these material will radiate strong noise due to the vibration force. It will solve the problem if use high molecular material or the damping property of metal material, because damping materials can reduce much more noise than the general materials in the same forces.C.L.
Luo[14] invented a kind of metal plastic composite materials including 45# steel and nylon 66.Experiments showed that its amplitude and natural frequency dropped and damping ratio increased in the same order modal. In his book,M.

Bending properties of four-layer biaxial weft knitted fabric reinforced composite materials Liangsen Liu, Yexiong Qi, Jialu Li Composites Research Institute of Tianjin Polytechnic University & Tianjin and Education Ministry Key Laboratory of Advanced Textile Composite Materials, Tianjin 300160, China email:qi_ye_xiong@163.com, fhcls@tjpu.edu.cn Keywords: Four-layer biaxial weft knitted fabric, composite materials, bending strength, bending modulus Abstract.
The bending properties of the FBWK fabric reinforced composite materials with different fiber volume fraction have been investigated.
The bending modulus and bending strength of FBWK reinforced composite materials have a great relationship with fiber volume fraction.
Within a certain range, the bending modulus and bending strength of FBWK reinforced composite materials increase with fiber volume fraction increases.
