Abstract.
Recent years, an attempt to use crude or synthesis material as carrier of 5- FU has been developed[1][2].
Experimental Materials 2-chloroaehanol, 3-chloro-1-propanol and 4-chloro-1-butanol was commercial grade reagents and used without further purification. 5-FU was re-crystal with water, dry in vacuum, m.p.281℃.

By the reference [4,5], the thickness more than 6mm ,reflectivity reaches -20dB[6] .It has a big influence on signal,whose transmission cannot be completed.While the glass on the train is glass steel, a new type of composite material, 5+9A+5 hollow toughened glass.
Theoretical analysis and calculation for the communication is carried on.Application of plane electromagnetic wave theory and fresnel formula, analyze the characteristic of transmission loss and features of the interface reflection and transmission when electromagnetic wave is in different material.

These factors include the parallel capacitance of the converter, depositing dielectric materials on the sidewalls of the converter fingers and increasing the thickness of the converter moving plate.
Finally the effect of combining both increasing the device thickness and depositing dielectric materials on the output power will be explained.
Increasing The Output Power By Depositing Dielectric Materials On The Sidewalls of The Converter Fingers In order to increase the output power, Cpar must increase and α must decrease.
Thus one can conclude that depositing dielectric materials on the sidewalls of the converter fingers increases its output power as it increases its maximum capacitance.

Welding distortion is a partial plastic deformation from internal stresses caused by non-uniform temperature fields on metal components in welding reach the material yield limit.
All of the above will cause great difficulties for site installation, and will also cost a lot of manpower and material resources to deal with welding distortion once the tolerance occurs.

· high permeability to vapor
· high porosity
