Abstract: The prominent problems existing in construction domain of China are analyzed.
Implement the guiding ideologies of “advanced technology, human oriented and sustainable development” and “energy conservation, land saving, materials saving and environmental friendliness” comprehensively.
The functional zone for comprehensive consultation service: Technical and economic consultation service are provided to expand social service function of the website by giving full scope to the skills and talents of the professionals. 10 special consultation services are provided, such as industrial standards, industrial experts, industrial talents, product technologies, construction cost information, supply and demand information, questions and answers, recommendation information, credit forum, etc.
Up to now, there are 1,430 enterprise users accessing to the web by system IC card and 25,492 personnel users, including 2,083 professionals such as certified constructors, certified supervision engineers, certified cost engineers, and 8,664 other persons engaged in special type of work .
