The traditional ignition agents were not completely dependable[1-2].MIC could be used as a microscopic system igniter. It exhibits great advantages of high burning rate and burning stability and reliability[3-7].Self-assembly, as a new method of MIC preparation, made the fuel particles orderly arrange around oxidant particles, and it can control materials at molecular leveland ensured maximum energy release and energy density[8].
It showed that the aluminum powder was packed in the iron oxide nanorings. 2 Experimental 2.1 Materials Hexahydrate ferric chloride(AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co.
Finally, the particles were separated by centrifugation with propanol repeatedly and dried at 65°C for 12h to obtain the final material. 2.4 Characterization The powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns were recorded on D8 advance X-ray diffraction using Kα2 radiation(λ=0.15406nm).Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images were taken on a JEM-1200EX type transmission electron microscope under a working voltage of 160kV.

This improves their quality, i.e. crystal boundaries are obtained [4], which in turn gives the material the properties necessary for effective generation (high resistivity up to 108 Ohm·cm and extremely small, less than 1 ps, lifetime of charge carriers).
According to a theoretical model for polycrystalline materials, the barrier height, ΦBH, between different grains is given by , (2) where q, N, Gs, and ε are the elementary charge, the concentration of impurity atoms, the grain size, and the permittivity [5], respectively.

Abstract.
Recent years, an attempt to use crude or synthesis material as carrier of 5- FU has been developed[1][2].
Experimental Materials 2-chloroaehanol, 3-chloro-1-propanol and 4-chloro-1-butanol was commercial grade reagents and used without further purification. 5-FU was re-crystal with water, dry in vacuum, m.p.281℃.
