                According to DongPing He, the Professor of College of Food Science and Engineering, Wuhan Polytechnic University and Head of Fats and Oils Working Group of National Oil and Grain Standardization Committee, in China, there are 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 tons of waste oil  being back to table every year, and the consumption of Chinese animal and plant oil is 22,500,000 tons per year.
Solving the problem is relying on not only the construction of sound legal and political system by the government, but also the advanced promotion which makes people acquaint with the seriousness of the problem and encourage them to join and support the supervision.

                However, this study enhances the approach by integrating advanced regression modeling to more accurately capture relationships between inputs and compressive strength.
These findings point to practical opportunities for integrating agricultural waste into concrete mixes without compromising essential engineering properties, advancing sustainable construction practices that meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
