This philosophy was first applied to steel framed structures by Ricles el al., who designed steel beam-column joints with self-centering capacity.
At home, Pan Zhenhua et al. studied the self-centering steel frame with detailed tests and finite element parameter analysis.
In 2002, Kurama et al.[15] applied it to shear wall.
In 2011, Marriott et al.[20] performed biaxial testings on self-centering bridge pier system and conducted related parameter analyses.

Nominal ratio Actual Bulk Zn:Al ratio (EDX) ZnAl LDH Formula* x = (Al/Al+Zn) 1.50:1 1.59 [Zn0.61Al0.39(OH)2].
From these diffraction patterns, we concluded crystallinity of ZnAl LDH are depending on x ratio (Al/(Zn+ Al)).
Relationship of Zn/Al surface over bulk Zn/Al can be seen in Fig. 3d as analyzed by XPS and EDX respectively.
To calculate surface ratio of Zn/Al, both Zn 2p and Al 2p peaks were calculated simultaneously.

The question is - in which way the direct Al-Al contacts, responsible for sintering necks formations, can be created.
Schaffer et al [25] postulate that, for highly porous Al sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere, as a result of the oxygen concentration in the gas deep within the pore network being reduced by Al through a self-gettering process, aluminium nitride forms.
Dilatometry curve for an Al compact sintered in nitrogen.
Note the aluminium nitride needles, whiskers or platelets in the sintered Al matrix.

Gyu et al investigated the effect of fineness of limestone on the hydration of cement[21].
In the late hydration, the reaction of calcined clay increase the Al/Ca of C-(A)-S-H.
However, the additional Al is not used tor the formation of carboaluminate due to the lack of large pores, as shown in Fig.6, and the increase of Al/Ca ratio has little impact on the density of C-(A)-S-H gel.
Hooton et al found that if SCMs containing active Al, more limestone is allowed the participate in the hydration reactions, forming carboaluminates[5].

Xingfu et al. synthesized porous ZnO NPs that showed good catalytic activity [28].
MB dye removal efficiency of 88.31% was obtained for ZnO by Gowda et al., in 2014 [39].
And also the previous reported literature demonstrated the photocatalytic activity for metal oxide and sulphide composites nanostructutres i.e. photodegradation rate of 88.1% (CuO), 92.8% (Zn doped CdS), 93.8% (CdS/TiO2 nanotubes) and 95 % (CuO films) for MB dye was reported by Yongqian Wang et al. in 2016 [34], Xiande Yang et al. in 2016 [54], Xiande Yang et al. in 2106 [35] and Yongqian Wang et al. in 2014 [55] respectively.
