Therefore, application of wide-gap materials and—in particular, silicon carbide of 4H polytype (4H-SiC)—is becoming one of the most promising areas of their development[1].
Silicon Carbide was one of the earliest semiconductor materials discovered.
However, due to the difficulties of growing good quality crystals, the progress of SiC devices have lagged behind those of its counterpart materials.

The wood surface was cleaned with an equipment SDI SELECT 60, working with dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) pellets.
Surface energy increase also means better adhesion of coating materials to wood.

Some studies have
been concentrated on the development of starch-based biodegradable materials because starch is a
totally biodegradable, plentiful natural biopolymer obtained from renewable resources.
Therefore, when preparing starch-based biodegradable materials, starch should be modified firstly to increase plasticity and hydrophobicity.
Considering the biodegradability of the materials, the content of these thermoplastic polymers are kept below 10~30% [5-7].
The cantilever impact property of the composite was tested by Impact Testing Machine (XJ-300A, Wuzhong Materials Testing Machine Co.Ltd) according to GB/T1843-96, with six samples of each group.
