XRD patterns of ZnS films obtained from acidic solution showed a favorable wurtzite structure, while for those obtained from alkaline solution, showed a sphalerite structure.
It has been found that the concentration of OH- can have a significant influence on the structure of the films, which can be helpful in exploring structure reasonable and chemical compatible ZnS thin film as buffer layer of thin films solar cells.
It suggested that the concentration of OH- has a significant influence on the structure of the CBD-ZnS thin films.
The growth and structure properties of the obtained films were characterized.

The affecting law of nickel on structure and properties of ferro superalloy, which was cast by intermediate frequency induction furnace, were studied by orthogonal experimental method.
Such scale was compounded by Cr2O3 and Fe(Ni)Cr2O4 with compact structure, fine and even oxide grains.
On the other hand, nickel formed rich nickel oxide scales stable in chemistry on the surface of grains, it usually reinforced the corrosion resistance of alloys with the help of chromium by compounding and compensating the scale of Cr2O3 with spinal oxide of Fe(Ni)Cr2O4 created from ferro, nickel and chromium together.
Scales of test alloys with 12wt.% nickel, if there were not Al2O3 or SiO2 compounded, universally exhibited loose structure and coarse grains with holes because of scale exfoliation.
(5) At 1000℃, with 9wt.% nickel, ferro superalloy presented over 70MPa tensile strength and compounded composition oxide scale of Cr2O3 and Fe(Ni)Cr2O4 with compact structure and fine grains.

Through this method, Al and Al2O3 can be combined to form a composite material with a special coated structure, which effectively improves the interface between Al and Al2O3.

Effect of annealing on material properties of both electrodes in dye sensitized solar cell structure P.
The screen print structure was heated for drying in the oven at 150 o C for 1 hour.
Even the structure with Pt electrode annealed at higher and lower temperature shows lower efficiency.
Summary The effect of annealing temperature to the crystal structure and surface morphology of both electrodes in dye sensitized solar cell structure are studied and related to the performance of the solar cell.
