One of the most promising engineered biomaterials for structural purposes is CLT with good structural performance (Franco et al., 2019).
This study advances the frontier of knowledge by assessing in more depth, different inventories in the CLT production and by considering various countries’ contexts, allowing a global range of this research.

The influence of membrane thickness and the differences in characteristics between neat PVA and CS/PVA nanofiber membranes, including tensile properties of the membranes on the filtration efficiency of cigarette smoke quantitatively, are discussed in current research to advance knowledge and make comparisons with earlier findings [11–14].
