Recently, synthesis technology of ultra-fine nano-structured materials can be attained by utilizing ultrasonic radiation because it is able to provide high frequency clean energy to prevent the agglomeration [4].
The shift could be due to increase of the surface area possibly resulting from the size decrease of material.

Introduction Uniform Droplet Spray (UDS) process was first proposed by Yim at 1996, in which molten metal droplets are ejected through the nozzle to the inert gas environment by applying the static pressure on the bulk liquid material in the generator, and then deposit onto a movable substrate to fabricate 3-D prototypes [1].
It is reported that UDS rapid prototyping has been used in biomedicine, micro-structure and graded materials fabrication, and repair of spaceflight structures.

In addition, each of the methods is usually preceded by the stage of mechanical preparation of the raw materials, where the techno-genic waste is crushed.
The modern technologies and equipment make it possible to recover useful metals and minerals partially or fully from the technogenic raw materials.
Materials and Methods The dump nickel slags from the Rezhsky, Ufaleysky and South Ural metallurgical plants were used in present study.

Brazil disc Rock fracture toughness of rock material is used to characterize rock material's ability to resist crack propagation [2],the test has two problems, namely, the prefabricated crack and critical crack length of rock specimen are difficult to measure, so we can not simply copy the shape and testing specifications of metal specimen, we must adopt a new specimen.
In 1995 the international society of rock mechanics (ISRM) proposed a new test pieces which can be used in testing tensile strength of brittle material, namely the herringbone groove Brazil disc specimens ( cracked chevron notched Brazilian disc, CCNBD ), this specimen was gradually applied to the research of rock fracture toughness of brittle materials.
At the same time, Brazil disc has developed into a straight cut groove or a herringbone groove specimen from no groove. in accordance with the different notch shape, can be divided into straight grooving Brazil disk (cracked straight through Brazil disc, CSTBD), herringbone groove Brazil disk (cracked chevron notched Brazil disc, CCNBD) and hole groove type Brazil disk ( holed cracked Brazilian disc, HCBD ) [3].Brazil disk is used to test the tensile strength of brittle materials indirectly, which rely on radial compression initially.

These technologies continue to advance in parallel with developments in materials, computers and sensors.
The consolidation within the corporate reality of these concepts, e.g. high-speed machining or high performance machining, among others, has been possible thanks to advances in knowledge of the process and the constant innovations in materials, coatings, mechanical and computer science.

Materials The development of the new chassis was motivated by the idea that locally positioned supporting cores can prevent buckling of the thin-walled sections and thus help to exploit the high yield stress of a high-strength steel.
The linear elastic material parameters are summarized in Table 3.
