The kinds and qualities of raw materials, which has a total comes to 17 factors, has been considered as the independent variables.
The factors that affect concrete strength, according to the previous results, including use levels and quality indexes of all kinds of raw materials(Neville 1986)[1].
Table 1 Selected independent variables Raw material Selected KQI Raw material Selected KQI Cement 3-days compressive strength, 28-days compressive strength Coarse aggregate nominal maximum size, crush index, elongated particles Fly ash water demand ratio water reducer Air entraining content Slag 7-days activity index 28-days activity index water - Fine aggregate fineness modulus, silt content Rough sets method The rough set, firstly described by a Polish computer scientist Z.Pawlak, is a formal approximation of a crisp set (i.e., conventional set) in terms of a pair of sets which give the lower and the upper approximation of the original set.

Bi-coating effect of optical excitation
When the whole resonator is made of two materials and must be analyzed as bi-layered structure, there are two main mechanisms that allow the resonance to be excited photo-thermally.
Based on the ‘Equivalent methods of parameters’ in vibration theory, the frequency of the micro resonators can be expressed as[4] (5) Where K0 is a coefficient related to the parameters of such a bi-material micro resonator, which is (6) Theoretical amplitude of bi-layered micro resonator When the whole resonator is made of two materials and must be analyzed as bi-layered structure, there are two main mechanisms in optical excitation.
Relative property parameters of materials The material Density ρ kg·m-3 Young's Modulus E 1011·N·m-2 Thermal conductivity λ w·m-1k-1 Thermal expansion coefficient α 10-6·k-1 Specific heat C J·kg-1·k-1 Sio2(fiber) 2200 0.70 1.3 0.4 840 Cr(coating) 7100 0.25 96.5 8.5 438 Fig.4 Simulation of frequency and the temperature CONCLUSIONS In this paper, the theoretical models of frequency and amplitude for bi-layered micro resonator were setup and temperature sensing character was simulated by computer software.

Accordingly, ZnO as the photoelectrode used in DSCs, has been a hot research topic in energy materials.
Zn (NO3)2·6(H2O) and CO(NH2)2 as the raw materials, were mixed and stirred for 30 min according to a certain proportion.
Morphology is one of the most important factors that affect the properties of the materials.

The surface roughness of the machined surfaces was examined by a contact type measurement system, Form Talysurf PGI 1250A (Taylor Hobson Ltd.) as illustrated in fig.2,respectively.And the material was Ge single crystal as illustrated in fig.3.The radius of the section was 20mm.The spindle speed is 1200r/min,and the turning direction is from the outer edge to the center of the circle. The cutting parameters changed at every 10mm as illustrated in fig.4.
And ultra-precision machining of the surface roughness has reached the nanometer level, germanium crystal optical lens surface roughness at 3 ~ 8nm, the accuracy at 3 × 10-6 or less, so we should keep the room temperature at 20 ℃,because it is good for the quality of processing materials.
