The pavement materials are inhomogeneous medium in fact, the particle surface can induce the scatter and diffraction of electromagnetic wave.
This paper proposes the solutions of inverse analysis for inhomogeneous dielectric coefficients of pavement materials used GPR data.
Two examples are given to assess the validity of genetic algorithms in inversion of pavement materials inhomogeneous dielectricity.
Interface reflection wave only represent properties of materials near the interface, not all the layers of material properties, which leads to the fact that the dielectric constant is not correlated so closely with the characteristics of the whole layer.

After the reaction, product was purified, and characterized by MS and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and determined as 6-O-(10-undercylenoyl)-D-glucose, The product was used as the starting material, K2S2O8 as a chemical initiator, to polymerize and form the sugar-containing polymer, which could be used for medicine release agent and other application of biological materials.
But, the UAVE used by Takao Raku is a special kind of chemicals reagent rather than chemical raw materials, the price of UAVE is expensive and difficult to obtain.Im the present study, we reported to use 10-undecylenoyl acid as starting raw material, because it is one of ricinoleic derivative, UA is cheaper and easily to be avalible.
By the initiator potassium persulfate, poly 6-O-(10 - undecylenoyl) - glucose ester could be synthesized, which can be used as biomedical materials.

Phase change materials include solid-liquid phase change materials and solid-solid phase change materials.
Shape-stabilized PCMs compose of the solid-liquid phase change material and the supporting materials by a certain percentage which guarantee the materials not flow and can be processed.
Phase change materials are adopted to add into the common building materials to enhance the regenerative capacity of the wall and save energy.

In order to improve above problems, a new patch-based sampling algorithm for synthesizing textures from an input sample image texture of composite materials is presented in this paper.
Patch-based texture synthesis changes synthesis unit from pixel into block which significantly improves synthesis rate compared to the pixel-based algorithm, and maintain the overall structure of composite materials. 2001, Efros’s Image Quilting texture synthesis algorithm for composite materials was proposed by calculating overlapping sum of differences and minimum error boundary cut to complete synthesis for composite materials [1-6], compared to pixel-based texture synthesis, although the speed was fast and could achieve better results in various types of texture but might lead to texture dislocation and discontinuity.
In addition, Image Quilting texture synthesis algorithm used exhaustive search method for composite materials which is time consuming.
The common feature of these algorithms is needed to see image texture patch size of composite materials as input parameter.

The main obstacle in the operation of such coatings is the ability of these materials to dissolve in water.
An urgent task is obtaining new functional materials based on environmentally friendly biopolymers of plant origin, made from renewable natural raw materials.
