Abstract.
For Example, the first phase power plant unit with 2×600MW of Datang International Tuoketuo power plant in Inner Mongolia has used a static precipitator with five electrical fields and found that the emission standard of smoke and ash superstandard, which later was treated with the U.S. fume quenching and tempering technique.

Then, the solution was treated in a Wiegand International GmbH analytical autoclave (Germany) for 50 min.
For the removal of amorphous carbon from the mixture of acids, we used a ceramic filter Keramtech (Czech Republic); for washing with distillate, we used an Elmasonic S 30 ultrasonic washer (Germany); the carbon was washed for 30 min until neutral pH was reached.
