Some wood and non-wood materials, such as eucalyptus(Y.
Due to the problem of wood shortage, non-wood raw materials in the pulping processes could relieve the pressure of exhausting wood resources.
Actually, the corncob acid hydrolyzed residua is an excellent non-wood materials in pulping because of its high cellulose content.
Afterwards, the resultant materials were filtered, washed with hot ethanol solution and hot water, squeezed and separated with pulp screen.

The sample was made of piezo optic material.
This method relates to non-destructive testing methods and is based on the property of double refraction (optical anisotropy), which is observed in some isotropic transparent materials in the stress state.
However, the study obliged to be carried out not on the real, but on the model material, which reflects the actual properties of the materials only in the elasticity [9].

The result showed that grafting rate was reached 95.6%; IR spectrum proved that monomers have been completely reacted basically; thermal gravimetric analysis was characterized that the dust suppressant has good thermal stability between 0℃-250℃; the amount of AM and SDBS were 50% and 1.0% (based on mass of the total materials), the polymer has a suitable viscosity; SEM was used to observe the shape characteristic of the coal dust which formed a link between the dust suppressant and coal dust.

The arrow color represents the minimum speed that is 0 in the regional materials in the punch diameter deviation from the outside, which shows this area is basically no flow.
The outer materials in contact with the die wall are slower than the materials near the symmetry axis center and the difference between them will increase with the increment of extrusion capacity, the distance of end face at axial position between center layer and surrounding material is greater and greater, so that they will not be gradually in the same plane.
The metal materials of this region can flow to center axis of symmetry, however, with the increase of deformation degree, the surplus materials will be less and less between the punch-dies and flow properties of materials is gradually weakened to makes materials at surrounding of the die flow to the center difficultiy.
And the peripheral materials cannot supplement to the center part effectively.
