Manufacturing processes are full of random and dynamic in nature, and different kinds of unexpected events, such as equipment breakdowns, changes in processing and setup times, inadequacy of raw materials, due date modifications, order cancellations and price changes, occur quite frequently [2].

As a solution to this problem, we developed an electrolytic re-insulation grinding method that finishes materials while applying a current between the material and the grinding wheel.
Recently, soft magnetic powder cores (SMPCs) have been drawing attention as materials for iron cores mentioned above [1].
Toroidal materials with an outer diameter of 34 mm, an inner diameter of 20 mm, and a thickness of 5 mm were used for the evaluation.

The starting material, slag, is found to be a heterogeneous material with at least two phases.
Upon alkali activation the material becomes more heterogeneous, now exhibiting at least four phases with significant different chemical composition.
Two techniques were used to determine the nanostructure of the materials: scanning electron microscopy to acquire back scattered electron (BSE) images and EDS maps.

High cooling rate of laser deep penetration welding is similar to quenching, which will make the high carbon steel production quality fire crack, then reduces its strength, in order to apply laser welding technology, it adopts low carbon alloy steel as matrix materials[2].
