Oxygen barrier property was reached in a study on the combustion of samples heated with a radiant panel of 30 and 50 kW.m-2 (Apte et al., 2008).
This soil has been previously characterized (Bruno, 2016; Bruno et al., 2019).

The absorption bands at 911 and 1031 cm−1 are attributed to Al−OH vibrations and Si−O bending vibrations.
Du et al. [16] reported that HNT dispersed better than other silicates like MMT and kaolinite due to their fewer surface hydroxyl groups.
The epoxy matrix has completely penetrated a large cluster of HNT particles, forming an HNT rich region in a nearly random arrangement, a phenomenon also noted by Ye et al. [17].

Making use of such reactions for biodiesel production, stands out the study of Dantas et al. [1], that by means methyl esterification of cottonseed oil, and using the Ni0.4Cu0.1Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoferrite as catalyst, resulted in a conversion of the fatty acid into ester of 78 to 90%, and Dantas et al. [2], that by means the transesterification reaction, obtained conversions of 13 and 50% for the nanoferrites Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 and Ni0.1Cu0.4Zn0.5Fe2O4, respectively, indicating that the sample with the copper presence was 26% more effective, being therefore, a promising catalyst for the transesterification reaction, which aims the biodiesel obtaining.
These results corroborate the works reported by Filho et al. [14] when they studied the synthesis, characterization and magnetic properties of Ni1xZnxFe2O4 ferrites with 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 0.7 using the combustion method and obtained single phase, and by Filho et al. [15] when they studied the effect of the zinc concentration in the structural characteristics of the Ni1-xZnxFe2O4 system obtained by combustion reaction, and they also obtained single phase with crystallite size ranging from 10.13 to 46.62 nm.
Costa et al. [16] reported similar results of the relaltion (DBET/tc), when they studied the synthesis and characterization of Ni-Zn ferrites doped with copper.
The maximum saturation magnetization value obtained for the Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 catalyst was 51% higher than that reported by Elsayed et al. [17], whose presented value was of 28.2 emu/g, when synthesized Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 ferrite by electrodeposition method.

Active ultrasonic measurements on the other hand provide the linear elastic material properties of the product during the hydration process (Sayers and Dahlin, 1993; Boumiz, 1995; Boumiz et al., 1996; Lacouture et al., 2003).
In combination with volumetric shrinkage measurements, the knowledge of the elasticity properties has been used to describe the evolution of the capillary network of concrete during hardening (Morin et al., 1998).
Micromechanical features at the constitutive level (microscopic nonlinear stress-strain relations) result in ultrasonic wave distortion, which gives rise to changes in the resonance frequencies as a function of drive amplitude, generation of accompanying harmonics, nonlinear attenuation, and multiplication of waves of different frequencies (Buck et al., 1978; Adler and Nagy, 1991; Nazarov and Sutin, 1997; Guyer and Johnson, 1999; Van Den Abeele et al., 2000).
