Introduction Even many new materials have been developed in recent years, carbon steel is still one of the most widely used materials in engineering, because of its good properties of processing and low cost.
Materials and experimental procedure The materials used in this study are three kinds of medium structural carbon steels, JIS S25C, S35C and S45C.
The S-N curves of S35C are shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 is the fatigue limits of all the test materials.
All of the fatigue limits of the three kinds of materials increase with the increasing of tensile pre-strain ratio.

Teachers can not be limited multimedia teaching materials, must broaden the Professor’s depth and breadth of knowledge, increasing the content and teaching methods and thinking related to social ethics and so on, improving the student's knowledge structure and their scientific and moral literacy.

However, such mission is hard to achieve as the bridge exhibits complex non-linear behavior as a result of the non-linearity of the bridge internal structure, the component materials as well as the external random influences.
