Introduction
Recently, there are tremendous industrial needs for engineering materials.
A possible concept to meet this demand is that of functionally gradient materials (FGM).
In general, statistically isotropic materials can be characterized as particles of material I in material II, particles of material II in material I, or an interconnected network of both I and II.

In order to improve above problems, a new patch-based sampling algorithm for synthesizing textures from an input sample image texture of composite materials is presented in this paper.
Patch-based texture synthesis changes synthesis unit from pixel into block which significantly improves synthesis rate compared to the pixel-based algorithm, and maintain the overall structure of composite materials. 2001, Efros’s Image Quilting texture synthesis algorithm for composite materials was proposed by calculating overlapping sum of differences and minimum error boundary cut to complete synthesis for composite materials [1-6], compared to pixel-based texture synthesis, although the speed was fast and could achieve better results in various types of texture but might lead to texture dislocation and discontinuity.
In addition, Image Quilting texture synthesis algorithm used exhaustive search method for composite materials which is time consuming.
The common feature of these algorithms is needed to see image texture patch size of composite materials as input parameter.

The fatigue resistance of HSS is a major concern since it is well known that the fatigue resistance does not increase proportionally to the static strength of such materials [2].
This means relatively limited data for the safe design and partially deficient understanding of the fatigue behaviour of these materials.

INTRODUCTION
Research situation 45Mn materials in mechanical properties, heat treatment of literature about that: 45Mn belongs to the alloy steel and carbon steel in conditioning, commonly known as manganese steel.
In order to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the steel, a lot of axial, such as gear are all made in a state under the conditions of the use, and domestic to 45Mn materials forging performance of literature study, there is no data is available.
Chromium to the influence of the mechanical properties of When add chromium 45Mn steel for the strong impact of abrasive wear working conditions, the wear resistance of the material do not obviously change; When used for strong impact abrasive wear working condition, the wear resistance of the materials have increased significantly.
The results show that: forging state 45Mn sample tensile strength and elongation increased at the same time, that is, the plastic and strength and at the same time, improve, different from the general structure of the material characteristics, and the mechanical properties of raw materials without forging compared, mechanical properties were well. 5.
