Study on performance of alkali-activated flyash-based geopolymer reinforced by silica fume and styrene-acrylic emulsion WANG Ya-chaoa, ZHANG Yao-junb, XU Yong, XU De-long 1College of Material Science and Engineering, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, State Key Laboratory of Architecture Science and Technology in West China , Xi’an 710055,China achaoying258@163.com, byaojzhang@yahoo.com.cn Keywords: alkali activation; toughening; fly ash; styrene-acrylic emulsion Abstract:In order to improve the inherent fragility of alkali-activated fly ash-based geopolymer, the silica fume and styrene-acrylic emulsion were used to reinforce and toughen the geopolymer.
Fly ash was a by-product of flue gas from coal-burning in thermal power plants or boilers, belonged to sintering clay which could be used to synthesize alkali-activated cementitious materials.

Introduction Poly(malic-acid) (PMLA) is a sort of polyester and absolute biodegradable material.
PMLA is a new type of nontoxic macromolecule material without harm and with favorable biodegradation and biocompatibility.
PMLA carboxyl can be connected a number of other groups, precisely because of this special structure, it has a strong drug use [2], it can be used as drug carriers for cardiovascular and brain tumor research in[3,4] , and also as a micro-capsule materials, biomedical materials, such as surgical sutures and wound, burn treatment bandages directly to the human body [5], it can also be used for cosmetic products and food packaging materials [6].
Materials and Methods Microorganism Aureobasidium pullulans TKPM00006 was isolated in the Key Laboratory of Industrial Microbiology, Ministry of Education, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, and stored in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center.

Most adsorbents are in the form of highly porous materials so that adsorption takes place on the pore walls or at certain locations within the particle [19].
Gas phase activated charcoal is a carbon adsorbent gas absorbent, this type of charcoal is used to adsorb materials in the form of vapor or gas.
The research materials used were: ketapang seed shell (ketapang seed shell) obtained in the area around Semarang.

Water dose to the best cooling effect must be equivalent to the amount of water that materials can vaporize and participate in the phase-change heat transfer under certain temperature.
So we need to build experimental platform such as: Simulation of the materials generating cutting heat continuously in practice cutting, feeding heat to one end of the test sample, cooling the other end of the test sample with different water density in cryogenic gas atomization jet cooling, and we should minimize the impact of environmental factors as far as possible , check the changes of the temperature real-timely and transmit it to the Data Acquisition Instrument.
Similarly , when at 500 ˚C, 650 ˚C on the nickel-base alloy test sample surface, 4ml/min and 6ml/min water dose can be all vaporized and processed phase-change heat transfer, it is indicated that the best heat transfer coefficient corresponding to materials and temperature must be found for getting the best heat transfer effect.
It is indicated that the water dose to the best cooling effect must be equivalent to the amount of water that materials can vaporize and participate in the phase-change heat transfer under certain temperature.
