Based Lime dried sewage sludge,which include of lime composition,burning calorific value [4],gas ash high carbon and high amount of iron, combined with the characteristics of sintering process and sintering raw materials [5], explore a combination of the two alternative sintering ingredients, municipal sludge final disposal and the use of high added value.
1 Experimental Materials and Methods
1.1 Experimental Materials
This test adopted the excess sludge of Beijing Qinghe sewage treatment plant, the moisture content was about 80%, it is uniform mixture an hydration with sludge and quick lime as the mass ratio is 3:1, piled up in the open for 72 h, then get the dried lime sludge, bomb method determine the heat of combustion for the dried lime sludge was 5.81 MJ·kg-1.All of materials for the sintering test are from the Capital Iron and Steel Group.
The chemical composition of raw materials and the main test equipment for the test are shown in Table 1, Table 2.
Preliminarily ensure the feasibility of replacing part of the sintering raw material
