Additive manufacturing (AM) is gradually occupying a unique place as a viable industrial manufacturing technology for parts with complex geometry and difficult-to-machine materials.
Introduction Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a popular extrusion-type additive manufacturing technology for thermoplastic materials.
One of the main attributes of FDM for its popularity is the freedom to use raw material filaments of a range of thermoplastic materials, including Acrilo-nitrile-butadiene Styrene (ABS) and polylactic acid, from any vendor.
The contouring zone consists of one or more contours of deposition of materials following the locus of the edge of the layer.

Therefore, the fly ash content in engineering cannot exceed 30% of the gelled material.
Technical features for the main materials and the mixing proportion design Technical features for the main materials.
Thus, if the component materials are given, water cement ratio is the main parameter to determine the concrete strength, durability and the other physical and mechanical properties [5].
For this reason, in project, it requires that the fly ash content cannot exceed 30% of the gelled material.

Introduction
During construction and service of concrete bridges, they will be invaded by the environment and harmful chemical substances, and bear the function of cars, wind, and earthquake, while mechanical properties of materials are continuously deteriorated, resulting in damage of bridges structure.
When the surrounding temperature drops, pore water get cold and changed into the ice and expanded in volume, the internal structure of materials destroyed.
From the point of material science, if dynamic elastic modulus of concrete decreased up to 40% after freeze-thaw cycles, it is considered as damage of material [2].
