Introduction The structure of alloys formed during solidification affects the utilisation properties of both materials and ready products, as-cast, heat treated, or fabricated by plastic working.
The results presented here have been obtained on a grid of 501x801 cells for a material with the properties corresponding to the properties of a Fe-0.6 wt. % C alloy.

Solid-sealed polar pole embed Vacuum quenching pot and related conductive part in an easily solidified insulating material such as epoxy resin, making the whole Breaker as a uniform component, decreasing its overall dimension.
Introduction Vacuum breaker mainly contains three parts [1]: Vacuum quenching pot, Electromagnetic or spring operation system and support as shown in Fig. 1.Vacuum quenching pot which is designed with solid-sealed structure embed Vacuum quenching pot and related conductive part in an easily solidified insulating material such as epoxy resin, making the whole Breaker as a uniform component.

One of the important characteristics of magnetic materials is the measurement of magnetic characteristics through Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) especially magnetization temperature dependence M(T)ZFC and MTFC measurement.
For ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic materials, with small enough nanoparticles their magnetization becomes thermally fluctuated.
In the single domain structure, superparamagnetic materials can fluctuate randomly by thermal fluctuation at high enough temperatures just as an atom spin in paramagnetic materials.
