Introduction Recently, with the demand for light-weight and stronger materials increasing, composite structures like panels have been used widely in many engineering fields such as the civil engineering.
Due to the need for lightweight and strong materials, thin plates are widely used in practical applications.

The rare earth (Eu3+ and Tb3+) organic complex was doped into PVB matrix materials by solution blending physical method, and the fluorescent composite materials with different concentrations.
These problems limit the further application of rare earth compound materials in various fields.
The current research provides a development direction for the composite doping of host materials with unique molecular structures and rare earth complexes and the preparation of new functional light-emitting materials.

In addition, ERM-EC590 Polyethylene certified reference material from the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM) was used to validate the analytical method for PBBs and PBDEs in plastics.
The process has been maintained through the measuring and calibration by a competent chemist using standards or reference materials which are recognized and trusted in the country and internationally.

Thus, these papers can represent an useful link for passing throughout the full process in terms of changes on the mechanical properties of materials (integrating information available in [19, 20]).
As expected, a large number of standards already exist, dealing with ceramic materials and products.
