It is clear that actual production, the efficiency of energy, substances, fuel and other materials consumption are determined using calculations.
To compose mass balance it is necessary to know the proximate and ultimate analysis of coal, some physical and physico-chemical properties of raw materials, wastes, main and by-product.
The final product of such processes does not become coal, rather it is an element for further conversion, such as, kilowatts of thermal, electric energy and chemical row materials.

The first research and developments were mostly concerned with low melting point materials such as aluminum or magnesium alloys and focused on the rheology of materials in the semi-solid condition [5-8].
Only recently has there been a significant interest in the study of thixoforming of highmelting point materials such as steel [9, 10].
Many studies on low melting point materials have demonstrated the influence of holding time on microstructure morphology [55,62-65].
Thermal effects, considered of lesser importance for low melting materials, are essential in thixoforming of steel.

With the development of science and technology, CAE technology plays an increasing important role both to the engineering and technical personnel in engineering and the college students.
The results show that the study on teaching and the development of the model system are significant to the development in depth of the CAE technology and which provide the scientific and important material basis for the training of the high diathesis and high - level applicable talents.

FSW, being a solid state, low energy input, repeatable mechanical process capable of producing very high strength welds in a wide range of materials, offers a potentially lower cost, environmentally benign solution to these challenges faced by fabricators of this era [1].
This heat, along with the adiabatic heat within the material, causes the stirred materials to soften without melting.
Tables 1 shows the composition the two materials involved in the study.
