Aluminum is a special material, other metal will be damaged or being worse when corroded, but Aluminum oxide is harder then the pure aluminum.
As you know Aluminum is a special material since the oxide is relatively harder and stronger than the aluminum itself.
The quality of the result depends on the material, specially the oxide layer created on the surface of aluminum 6061T6.

Various kinds of micro-alloy copper and copper alloy materials are applied in the production of electric components which have wide range and a great diversity of equipment mode.
By combining form of organization and characteristic parameter, make a distinction of the metallographic structure characteristics of short circuited melted mark between the two materials.
In order to make comparison analysis of short circuited melted mark of the two materials, the thesis selects the brass strip in the power supplying socket and 1.5mm2 sub-thread copper conductor for the short circuit simulated experiment.
Select typical figures of the metallographic structure and form the short circuited melted mark metallographic phase of diverse copper alloy materials under different current conditions.
