Analysis of Biomass Briquette Machine Ring Mold Length-diameter Ratio of Finite Element based on ANSYS Bing-cheng Liu1,a , Xiao-ming Liang1,b , Hong-yu Guo2,c 1Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Polymer Material Advanced Manufacturing Technology College of Electromechanical Engineering, Qingdao University of Science & Technology, Qingdao 266061,China, 2Shandong Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, Taian 271000,China, abingchengL@163.com, bxiaoming261@126.com, cghy0112@163.com Keywords: biomass briquette machine; ring mode; finite element; stress; aspect ratio Abstract.
Fig.1 The model of ring die Fig.2 The model of ANSYS ring mold 1.2 Ring mold material properties In this paper, the materials used in the ring mold is 42CrMo[3].
The material has a high fatigue limit and resistance to several attacks abilities, good low temperature impact toughness after quenched, which is sufficient for the ring mold friction, deformation, and the impact for more times.
This pointed out that if the roller ring mold suffered the squeeze pressure and friction materials, the work surface is wear unevenly, and this will lead to uneven work surface of the ring mold, or disruption of material flow and material, and worse more, the ring mold would stop working.

To have a comparison values, samples from base material were subjected to identical elongation tests.
Results are centralized in table 1 and they permit the following observations: • welded joints strength is superior to base material mechanical strength; • between base material and deposited material is a good compatibility, are avoided stress concentrator because the condition RmDM≤(1.30÷1.35)RmBM is fulfilled (DM - deposited material, BM - base material); • post welding normalization heat treatment determines an increase of fracture strength with 10.8% for welded joint and with 10,98% for base material.
The notch was oriented along thickness of the deposited material.

Introduction Zinc oxide (ZnO) based semiconductor materials have own an impressive attention in 20th century, because of showing their versatility in the field of science and technology [1].
The main advantages of sol-gel method is low cost, need simple instrumentation, free from the environments that required vacuum for deposition process and easy to control the rate of composition of materials [11] etc.
The refractive index is an important parameter for the materials of optoelectronic research areas.

So, titanium alloys are widely used in aviation in abundance and are hailed as a kind of strategic metal materials making human to the space age.
However, titanium alloys belong to typical difficult-to-machine materials because of small deformation coefficient, small coefficient of heat conductivity and good chemical affinity to cutting tool materials in the case of both high cutting temperature and great cutting force on the unit contact area.
Materials of the tools usually are YG cemented carbides and high speed steels with high performance.
With the progress of materials technology, super-hard cutting tool material and coating cemented carbide have been widely used [2].
According to the table 2, selected tool materials meet the requirement of strength.

Yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) has been a popular TBC material.
For interfacial indentation test, direct transposition of these relations cannot be done even at the critical point because indentation is performed onto different materials.
The hardness is the ability of the local property of materials.
