Backward in Tunnel monitoring and measurement and information technology is mainly because of the following aspects: ①Human element and construction influence the process of collecting data, make the measurement error, the authenticity of the data cannot be guaranteed, and cannot accurately reflect the deformation of surrounding rock. ②Automation of monitoring and measuring equipment and level of information technology are low, data processing workload, take up a lot of manpower, material, and error-prone, and cannot reflect the deformation of the structure timely. ③Data transmission, storage and information management cannot meet the informatization construction management's requirements, not guide the design and construction timely. ④Warning and forecast lag, cannot guide and solve the problem of the quality and security timely 3.
