Keywords: LED; metal substrate; heat dissipation; realibility
Abstract: There are good thermal conductivity, high luminous efficiency in the LEDs with metal substrates, which can effectively solve the problems such as poor heat dissipation, poor reliability of LEDs.
Metal substrate having a non-metallic substrate incomparable advantages, it has excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and reflective properties, and the metal material itself readily available.

Abstract.
To reduce the density of cementitious material, which is by increasing the aggregate-cement ratio and adding materials that are lower in density than that of cement.
Raw materials.
Considering that insulation mortar is mainly used as heat preservation materials, it’s thermal conductivity is the major advantage, compressive strength follows, and thermal conductivity is closely related to density.
Polymer cement-based materials and applications.

In consideration of the structure dynamic responses and the pile foundation pull-out resistance, three types of pile foundation were adopted, which are the hollow steel piles, the reinforced concrete pile and the hollow steel piles poured with granular materials.
In case 2 the jacket structure’s pile foundation is composed of reinforced concrete pile to increase the stiffness and mass and in case 3 the hollow steel pipes poured with granular materials are used as pile foundation to increase mass only.
The material of pipes and columns is Q345.
But in case 3, there are granular materials inside the pipe, the weight of the structure increase but the stiffness doesn’t change, so the structure become more flexible and the natural frequencies drop obviously.
