Introduction Iran is the land of miraculous energy types because on one hand, it has extensive resources of nonrenewable and fossil fuels such as oil and gas and also plenteous valuable minerals and inorganic materials and on the other hand, it is in possession of abundant modern and renewable energy potentials such as solar and other thermal energy types, the geothermal, the wind, hydrogen, and biomass energy.
The wind power sector in China, for example, has been identified as the key growth component of the country's economy which makes China today the second largest wind power producer.

In 2004, the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) published the “Toolbox of Countermeasures and their Potential Effectiveness to Make Intersections Safer”, in which they compiled the tables of signalization, geometrics and signs, markings & operations[1].
By reviewing the literature materials, we use the Poisson log-linear regression model to predict the safety of the rural signalized intersections.
