Introduction Titanium and titanium alloy are good materials which are used as artificial joint, artificial bone, dental implants in the field of medical implants by right of its high strength, good biocompatibility and mechanical property[1-3].
From the figure we can know that the main composition of MAO film is rutile TiO2, anatase TiO2 and Ti from basic material.
Because MAO coating is the porous structure, basic material can be tested by XRD, so Ti from basic material exists.
The intensity of diffraction peak from Ti from basic material also gradually reduces.
