At low electric fields (less than 107 V/cm) the CV characteristics may be described by the FN formula for the emission current and can be used to estimate the effective barrier height, which is important in selecting a good cathode material.
One of the major characteristics of such vacuum nanodevices is the emission ability of this cathode, serving as a field emitter, that determined by the material of its coating and the presence of a thin natural oxide layer on its surface.
According to Eq. 13, the effective barrier height in the metal oxide layer also can be evaluated from the slope of the calculated CV characteristics, which is necessary for optimization of the cathode material.

Technical Characteristics
The traditional technique of the upstream slope construction of the CFRD is made up of ultra-filled cushion, slope virtual materials slashing, slope repairing, slope compacting with drag roller and slope protection construction.
The hinged side wall can be adapted to the deformation of cushion materials without the cavity formed at the bottom which prevent the adverse effects of the cavity on the panel effectively.
When the upstream filling conditions are readied, firstly base leveling layer corresponding filling material to address the filling material filling the top plate height, and then started filling material on the crushing side wall construction.

For the purposes of verification of analysis results, on the basis of
geometrical and material properties of the considered system, the value of reduced mass MZ was
