Abrasive waterjet (AWJ) machining is an emerging machining method to process all kinds of difficult-to-cut materials.
Future work would expend the AWJ turning process on other types of materials, including ceramics and composites.
The surface finishing after machining of these materials would also be of great interest.

Materials and Methods Materials.
SPJ-40 experimental twin-screw extruder: De Ai Food Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
Within a certain range when material feeding rate increased, the filling materials in tube raised too, which leaded to increasing the extrusion and shearing action.
The evenly and smooth surface texture of raw materials was changed into sheets after the extrusion which was beneficial to the flavonoids extraction.
This pretreatment of extrusion process has great effect on the increase of extraction rate of flavonoids which is from the fiber materials.
