This will provide reference for the preparation of heat resistant aluminium alloy materials.with good comprehensive performance.
The elongation of materials decrease first with the increasing tensile temperature, the minimum appears at 250℃.
This phenomenon can be explained by the law of dynamic strain aging (DSA) [4-5]: DSA think that the interaction between solute air mass and dislocation motion enhances the strength of the material at DSA temperature, and affects the strain hardening rate, leads to local plastic instability, the ductility decreases.

The combined flocculating channel is free from internal-external pressure differences throughout the entire flocculating process and therefore, strong materials are not required for construction (for example, plastic materials are sufficient), so the manufacturing costs are is expected to be relatively low and the equipment volume utilization ratio is relatively high.

Basic nonlinear assumptions.Rubber material is nearly incompressible hyper elastic body, with geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity.
Rubber seal calculations involve solid mechanics, friction science, polymer material science, computational methods and other theoretical knowledge, so it difficult to do precise study in theory and fully true simulation.
In general, Von Mises stress is greater, the relaxation of the rubber material the more accelerated, leading to stiffness decreased, the material being prone to cracking, resulting in seal failure.
