Experimental Approach Materials.
It displays a number of “harpoon-like” or “saw tooth” features which, being formed of a hard material (quenched tool steel) will clearly aggress the strip surface.
The key point of the study is the strip cleanliness.

Study and Design on Clean Steel Production Platform ZHANG Fuming Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co.
Steelmaking plant is equipped with “2+3” 300t converters and can realized hot metal “full-3-removal” treatment, the process flow is optimized; main technical features are: Dephosphurization reaction space inside the converter is large, large gas volume bottom blown and agitation can be realized, dephospurization reaction can be speed up, excellent kinetic condition is created, operation cost is low and low phosphorus hot metal can be economically obtained; Converter charged material is optimized and operation with concentrate material is realized; Dephosphurization time is short, converter smelting process is simplified, quick rhythm production is realized by high speed blowing and smelting [4]; Staged smelting is beneficial for decarburization converter to use manganese ore and reduce Fe-Mn alloy consumption and operating cost; Refining slag from decarburization converter can be used as dephosphuring agent to save cost; Converter less-slag smelting will reduce slag volume, and is energy
saving and environment friendly, thus green production is realized; High phosphorous iron ore can be adequately utilized to reduce raw material procurement cost.
(2) Improvement of steel product cleanness is a key task for future iron and steel industry.

Introduction Selecting several typical working conditions according to the national standard test conditions or engineering experience is a traditional approach to have a strength analysis of hydraulic excavator.
For the boom, its material was Q345D, the axial and radial degrees of its hinge joint C were constrained while the rotational degrees were released and the rest joints were exerted with “bearing load” in accordance with table 2.
For the arm, its material was also Q345D, the axial and radial degrees of its hinge joint F were constrained while the rotational degrees were released and the rest joints were exerted with “bearing load” in accordance with table 3.

Introduction Compared with the rotary machine for applications where linear and reciprocating motions are required, a linear machine offers several key advantages, such as high efficiency, excellent dynamic performance, and high reliability [1]-[3].
Thus, it uses excessive amount of PM material, leading to a high production cost.
The exploitation of full potential of permanent-magnet materials used in the pole is a salient feature of the proposed shaped method which contributes to the cost reduction of permanent-magnet machines using this kind of pole shaping.
