Abstract.
Introduction With the popularity of nonvolatile random access memories (NvRAMs), more and more attention has been paid to the study of ferroelectric materials[1, 2].
Recently, much intention has been focused on the sodium bismuth titanate (NBT) systems as one of the key lead-free piezoelectric materials.

Keywords: laser cladding; micro strain; X-ray diffraction.
For fine-grained, polycrystalline materials, the most suitable technique to detect microstrains is diffraction of synchrotron hard X-rays that can operate with high spatial resolution and are intense enough to achieve bulk penetration.
The microscope in ESRF, ID-11 Materials Science Beam line was used in this experiment.

According to research materials, reeling technology requires micropore to be of high roundness, smooth wall and the same diameter.
The motion of silk will cause the abrasion of micropore, which requires materials to make the device be of high strength and good wear-resistance.
Experimental Section Materials Lead-in threaded devices, traditional threaded devices.
B 20/22D raw silk (produced by lead-in threaded devices). All of the materials are provided by Huzhou Zhejiang Silk No. 2 Factory.

Expression (1) indicates that will be decreasing with machine’s increasing. ’s related coefficient is 0.386.
4 Relationship between loading machine’s weight and deadweight or tipping load
The loading machine’s nominal deadweight is the loaded material’s weight, at the same time, the loading machine’s stability must be satisfied.
Tipping load is loaded minimum material’s weight when the machine is tipping forward.
